Who is eligible for services?

You must have an income that is not more than 125% of the federal poverty guidelines. In certain circumstances this limit may be exceeded. The receptionist will you tell whether you are eligible for our services.

How do I apply?

Sussex County: 302-856-0038

The receptionist, will ask you for intake information. This is required by our funding sources before we can serve you. If you are eligible for services, and you have a legal problem that we handle, your information will be given to a member of our legal staff who will review it and contact you.
