CLASI 2006 Annual Report

Legal Needs in Delaware: the Low-Income Population

The University of Delaware Center for Community Research & Service examined the legal needs of low-income Delawareans in an extensive telephone survey. The results of the survey are published in this report. The report was funded by the Delaware Bar Foundation, CLASI, Delaware Volunteer Legal Services, Inc. and First State Community Action Agency, Inc. CLASI also publishes the Legal Handbook for Older Delawareans. Prepared by the Delaware State Bar Association's Committee on Law and the Elderly, the Handbook provides a wealth of information for older Delawareans.
